  2. 1 電源頂裝磁翻板液位計(ji)電路(lu)設計(ji)

  本設(she)計(ji)主要由(you) 3. 3 V 為系統供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。由(you)于 USB 資(zi)源(yuan)較為豐富,因(yin)此采用 USB 供(gong)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式,方(fang)便調試,成品后改(gai)為橋堆整流頂(ding)裝(zhuang)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)位計(ji)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)或(huo)干電(dian)(dian)池(chi)提供(gong)+5 V 直流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),然后通過線(xian)性 LDO 芯(xin)片(pian)進行穩(wen)壓濾波得(de)到穩(wen)定的3.3 V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),如圖(tu)2 所示。圖(tu)2 電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)頂(ding)裝(zhuang)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)位計(ji)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)設(she)計(ji)2. 2 AD 采樣頂(ding)裝(zhuang)磁翻(fan)板液(ye)位計(ji)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)

  由于頂(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)磁(ci)翻板(ban)液(ye)位計電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)+3. 3 V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),沒有(you)(you)負(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),因(yin)此將(jiang) AD 的(de)(de)基準置(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)zui高,即(ji)zui大量(liang)程。REFP 引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie)3.3 V,REFN 引腳(jiao)(jiao)接(jie) GND,如圖 3 中(zhong)(zhong) AD 芯片的(de)(de)引腳(jiao)(jiao)9,引腳(jiao)(jiao)10 所示(shi)。圖3中(zhong)(zhong)U4為(wei)(wei)(wei)OTP538U,這是(shi)一(yi)個熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou),可以根圖3 AD 采(cai)樣頂(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)磁(ci)翻板(ban)液(ye)位計電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)設計據(ju)紅外光(guang)的(de)(de)強弱(ruo),以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的(de)(de)方式表現(xian)出(chu)來。它(ta)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)差模(mo)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)。而 R11 與(yu)(yu) R12 組成一(yi)個分壓(ya)頂(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)磁(ci)翻板(ban)液(ye)位計電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),將(jiang)3.3 V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)分壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.75 V,然后疊加(jia)在(zai)傳感器的(de)(de)負(fu)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)引腳(jiao)(jiao)上,一(yi)并送(song)入 AD。這是(shi)由于 AD 的(de)(de) AINP與(yu)(yu) AINN 引腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)入差模(mo)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),但是(shi)具有(you)(you)幅值要(yao)求(qiu),傳感器直(zhi)接(jie)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)(de)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)不能滿(man)(man)足其(qi)要(yao)求(qiu),因(yin)此需要(yao)將(jiang)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)加(jia)入一(yi)個1.75 V 的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使得能夠滿(man)(man)足條件(jian)。此頂(ding)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)磁(ci)翻板(ban)液(ye)位計電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容 C15、C16 和 C17 是(shi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)了濾除信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)干擾,使信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)更加(jia)穩定(ding)。根據(ju)ADS1230 的(de)(de)外部引腳(jiao)(jiao)說明,當GAIN 為(wei)(wei)(wei)1 時(shi),PGA( 增益) = 128。

  2. 3 單片(pian)機控制部分

  本設(she)計(ji)中(zhong),核心(xin)部(bu)分采用(yong) MSP430G2553 單片機,zui小系統如圖4 所示。本頂裝磁翻板液位計(ji)電路中(zhong),所涉及(ji)到的元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)較少,JP1 是一個(ge)下載(zai)調(diao)試口,與硬件(jian)(jian)(jian)仿真(zhen)器相連接,可(ke)以用(yong)來(lai)下載(zai)程序(xu),調(diao)試程序(xu)等。本設(she)計(ji)中(zhong)主(zhu)要采用(yong)單片機內部(bu) DCO 可(ke)調(diao)振蕩器,因此外(wai)部(bu)不(bu)存在晶(jing)振等多余的外(wai)圍器件(jian)(jian)(jian)。

  2. 4 藍牙串口接口

  藍(lan)(lan)牙模(mo)塊的(de)硬件接口如圖 5 所示,取藍(lan)(lan)牙模(mo)塊的(de)VCC、GND、TXD、RXD 與(yu)單片(pian)機相連接進行通信,并通過 D3,D4 指(zhi)示藍(lan)(lan)牙模(mo)塊與(yu)單片(pian)機之間的(de)通信狀(zhuang)態。
